CBoE HEARINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FOR OBSERVATION

 

THE PURPOSE OF THE HEARINGS IS TO PROVIDE SCHEDULED PROPERTY OWNERS

THE OPPORTUNITY TO PRESENT EVIDENCE AND OPINIONS TO THE BOARD

CONCERNING THE VALUATION OF THEIR PROPERTY

 

OBSERVERS AND GUESTS NOT ON THE AGENDA ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE

IN THE HEARING DISCUSSION OR TO PRESENT EVIDENCE OR OPINIONS OR TO DISRUPT

THE PROCEEDINGS IN ANY WAY UNLESS RECOGNIZED BY THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

 

EACH HEARING IS LIMITED TO THE TIME, USUALLY 15-20 MINUTES, SET BY THE BOARD

 

THE COUNTY ASSESSOR IS REQUIRED TO BE PRESENT WITH ASSESSMENT RECORDS
